New reforges in r253 (Memento).

The Memento update added new reforges for skills like Lightning Rod, Rare Minerology, etc. These can supposedly go onto Echo Stones, but they're normal reforges as far as I can see, and my Echo Stones are getting normal reforges on them too (haven't seen any new ones but of course I only got 2 rolls so far from the dungeon).

From what I understood from the foreign update posts, those new reforges only go on echo stones and don't come from reforge kits.
