Meteor Strike Impact

So recently I was checking into reforges and out of many attempts I was unable to obtain this reforge on a staff. I had a friend check into it and apparently it doesn't exist.

If this thing does exist, is there proof of it somewhere. If not, can we go ahead and remove it. I was going to remove it but I wanted to at least see the reason for it being there and if there was any data to back it up rather than hearsay and rumors.

I actually couldn't find it either in the past when I spammed reforges, but kept hearing of other people with the reforge. I asked for a screenshot before but never received one. In my opinion, it's safe to say that the reforge doesn't exist.
