Master version of pierrot

Master version of pierrot

I have rank 1 of the skill and the master title, and I still don't have the master form. Is it supposed to be like this, or is it a bug? Someone edited the page to say you get master at rank 1, but you do not as shown in this picture. http://i.imgur.com/KVI0k.png

That is irrelevant to this skill. That is an item from the gachapon you equip as a shield with a handle to change the way the pierrot looks regardless of rank.
