I don't see how Meteor is useful. 80 MP at rank 1 in 4 seconds seems pretty damn slow.

Also, Party Healing is extremely easy to learn, and uses drastically higher MP at its lower ranks. Meanwhile, Meteor is beyond reach of low-leveled players unless they re/birth into Druid.

Loading meteor lets you just push your hotkey and do something else because it continues to drain 3 mp per second even after it's done loading. In 3 minutes, the minimum cooldown of inspiration, that's a hefty 540 mp gone, on top of the initial loading time. It's good if you're super lazy about it I guess.
