Vanishing Quest

I've confirmed that Castellon's quest (the second one listed on the page) will indeed vanish if you relog or change channels, but I have a suspicion that you'll receive it again if you talk to him again. I'm not in a position in-game to do so right now, though; can anyone confirm this?

It clearly says that "This quest will disappear if you Log Out or Switch Channels".
