Freeze Duration

I've been looking around seeing people say that the freeze duration has been increased. I did a small test a bit ago and its coming up as exactly 5.5 seconds, a 2 second increase.
Anybody else able to confirm this so we can change it?
Yeah, it definitely seems to be really long for some reason...
Didn't it use to be really long before and it was some sort of glitch?
