Dyed and Image Policy

Does there need to be a separate section for "Dyed" on these types of Equipment?

That being: The Equipment automatically come in Black or White. Do different colored icons need to be uploaded or are these certain Equipment an exception to the Image Policy?

Another Example: Sailor Set. They can be dyed, however they always came in White, and were originally created to be in white, so details of the clothing(s) may not have been lost. All of the other Beauty Shop Equipment every every other equipment that had an original release of Black or White included.
