Damage/Crit reduction testing
I had Rank 2 Judgement Blade with Level 7 Breaking Lies that time, and I am unsure of what JB's defense pierce was at Rank 2, when I critical him 57,162 with it. And Binding Needle is very useful and up to maximum stack, he will stay on knees for additional 7.5 seconds.
