Help me Admins Please!

I recently just finished the shadow mission "Investigating Traces of the Caliburn" for the G11 quest Evolution of the Caliburn but it didn't finish the quest. It turns out I did not talk to the goddess, therefore I did not complete the quest. Now i can't get the shadow mission back. Someone please help me, i don't wanna be stuck on G11 forever. Also someone please confirm this.

Have you tried talking to Sinead? The SM is only suppose to complete after you talk to Morrighan.

Although on second thought I did recieve the exp reward at the end, and it was so laggy, that i exited before the goddess showed up.
