Barring Keith's part-time job, gachas or other events, there has to be another way to acquire a Falias Fragment without breaking the bank or risking an ill report. Sometimes, player shops may have 'em yet that also falls into breaking the bank as much as real money for NX.

If there was an easier way to get them, they wouldn't cost so much.

Could try pursuing outlaws. It certainly takes more time to do, but you'll stay away from reports...
