Metal Dyes

"Fixed Color Metal Dye Ampoules can be obtained after a rebirth via Tin (Human, Tir), Ffion (Human, Iria), Vena (Elf), or Meriel (Giant).
You must select "Rebirth at (respective race location)" at the Rebirth screen to be able to talk to the corresponding NPC. (You must have a Basic Character Card or Premium Character Card to change your rebirth location.)
Fixed Color Metal Dye Ampoules can also be obtained via Fixed Dye Gachapon. "
