What mobs counts towards the 'Ghost' quest?

Because I'm still wondering whether to hunt skeleton ghosts, or look for those field ghost mobs which should be easier to kill in some areas.

I used the wandering ghosts that are in front of Metus. Easy to kill and there are lots of spawns for them.
