Charge while flying

Has anyone actually been able to fly faster when using charge in the air? Because for me when I try to charge while flying the skill shows up on the pet's head but the speed doesn't seem to change for me.

Deer's charge is for only when it's on the ground yet can be activated in the air. I believe the Dragons' charge will be an air one. Not sure. But not, it doesn't speed up aerial travel.

Then why does it say that its speed is as fast as an eagle's with charge?
