I summoned her in Rundal (she had 1 fomor glad equipped) Upon summon she said something similar to, "Get away Fomors" and then she cast a long spell. She now has a blue aura around her.

It wasn't a windmill attack, she literally put her hands in front of her and cast something. Then a blue aura was around her as she walked. Not like mana shield, a big aura, that's very easy to see.

Reading the forums, someone said it hits any monsters around it like the Windmill animation for Maids and Butlers. So yeah, its her Hands of Salvation.
