For those who used the gacha, has anyone actually gotten the cards yet, or are they more rarer than the announcement spam of wings?

I have one gold and one silver card. I don't think they are announced, but for a (small) numerical reference I opened 77 boxes and got one set of wings and those two cards.

Have you tried to use them yet?

I have not. I am wondering if I can wait to use it once I encounter an outlaw, or if I have to use it and just hope I encounter one (which would suck) but I haven't had a chance to really hunt recently.

Using a card seems to guarantee encountering the outlaw, but I only used two cards. Also, the bounty hunter always takes the same appearance regardless of card level, using an arbalest, and dealing damage in the 700s. He also has a significant amount of health, comparable to an accomplished player.

He likes to spend a lot of time walking around, and he will actually target anything in the area, not just the bandits. Somewhat annoyingly, he will also choose to target something far away once his target is killed, only switching targets when attacked. Also he won't attack outlaws themselves (most likely just a bug).

I highly suspect that, similar to a shadow crystal or commerce letter, the "BH" effect stays in place until the goal is accomplished.

Seems like they're tradable? I saw a gold one in a personal shop but I didn't buy it.
