Second-hand evidence sucks. If it can be hotkeyed and if it does use the same icon as the action, then probably:
- It appears in the action window.
- Its a hidden action that can be hotkeyed by dragging the item and dropping it on the hotkey, like Adniel's Horn.
But you're right, its best to wait for now.
