Does this mean if I use this potion at rank 2, will it not fully train rank 2, allowing me to advance to rank 1?

What? It Completely fills the EXP bar for Windmill as the effect says. Meaning you'll be at r2 full training.

Okay. For some reason the wording didn't make sense to me. Debating if I should still buy one. x:

Windmill is not that hard. Exp 2 reforge + warrior destiny + raccoon cub makes the training very fast.

That's if (a very big if) you have:

• an exp 2 reforge
• a raccoon cub
• a low cp to begin with

On my warrior alt, I have all that. But r1 windmill already.

Yeah, not everyone has all that stuff.

So you're only verifying what I'm saying? Anemki doesn't exactly have a character with low CP (nor is she patient for that matter o 3o).

Alby Basic HM, everything is Strong for me except the giant spiders, I believe. That was wonderful.

Don't forget the various zombies in Their Method SM. One of the difficulties is probably the right cp level for the mobs you need to kill.
