It appears that Wanst is in love with Kirine. Can anyone confirm this? I mean, he talks about the only woman he ever loved, and she's married, and that one of the first quests as a giant is to deliver wine to her. --Lightmaster 19:09, 8 October 2009 (UTC)

Yes, as far as I know he is. I befriended him at one point and he kept mentioning her. There seems to be a lot of forbidden love among Giants, because Wanst loves Kirine who, despite being married to Krug, is in love with Taunes, who loves Atrata. =P --Aramet (Talk) 21:03, 8 October 2009 (UTC)

That's odd... I do see his grocery and cooking utensil tabs now as a Giant. I haven't started many generation quests yet so maybe that's why?
