I'm sorry, but this is just patently false.

The bazaar shops are normal NPC shops. If someone buys out the entire quantity of a particular item between midnight and 6 AM, that item will still be gone when the shops reappear at 6 PM. It will restock at midnight like any other item. If no one buys out the stock again that morning, the item will still be in stock when 6 PM rolls around again. All previous bazaars have also functioned this way. This isn't new.
