It can't be done.

Apparently it was planned to be something to do with Festia's music stage, but it wasn't actually programmed in.

Nele Renown affects the effective cap of Critical hit rate?

I was testing on an alt of mine, and at Level 1 Nele Renown (+0% bonus), their critical hit % was 22.0% in the character window.

After increasing the renown to level 5 (+0.75% bonus), the critical hit % in the character window still said 22.0%

So I'm starting to think that it really is an effective critical cap bonus.
