Does anyone know if the repair rates actually change depending on which part of a certain map, or which part of a certain continent you're in? I havent used this item enough to find out, and when I have, the repair rates were always 95. --Zephyre^TALK 14:08, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

As far as I can tell, it's always 95%. As a human I always get Nerys, even when I'm in TNN or Ciar Dungeon or a similar faraway place. I imagine Elves always get Meles and Giants always get Taunes, but I couldn't say for certain. --Inemnitable 19:51, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
