I found a well in Karu forest called a Well of Water Spirit or something like that, collected its water with a bottle, and it told me to give it to Petra. I did that and nothing happened. Anybody know what those are for?

Mhmm. Its for gaining "the One who Connected Rano and Connous" title. You also have to mine those rock things in Filia (by Castanea) and then one yu have 5, exchange them for a......rock-type thing by talking to Castanea.....
