How do Dan Levels interact with Perfect Skill Reset Capsules? Do you get the AP back from them too? Can you only rerank them to rank 1, and have to start over at dan 1?

So if I reset it from a pretty high rank to F, do I have to retrain the entire skill?

If you use the capsule on a skill that's r1, then you can freely rerank the skill from rF back to r1 (given you have sufficient ap).

• I forgot to mention that although you can rerank the skill back to r1, you'll have to remaster the skill, but this only applies if you have the master title for it prior to deranking.

Wait, I have to remaster it? But Titles page says that I just need to get it back to 1.

I don't know if it's changed since I last posted it, but when I reset magnum shot, I had to remaster it once I ranked it again later.

You can rerank any skills as long as you have ranked it at least once before. However you will lose any training from the rank you deranked it from. This includes master titles.

What if its a Dan rank? Do I still have to remaster that?

on the subject, I accidentally untrained Final Hit...so I'm reworking for the master title...;A;

Now I see an edit saying you don't have to remaster it...I think the capsule I used it on was bugged. It didn't have a number over it like the ones that are being given out. o-o

You still have to remaster it. I just tried it with ranged attack, and I have to remaster it (I used the stackable one). The one you used would be the one that was given on day 1, along wih the stackable one.

I'm hearing both "Remaster" and "No Remaster"...

Well, seeing as how I'm still in the process of remastering range from last night, it's safe to say that you're more than likely going to have to remaster a skill if you derank it.

Maybe its because the non-stackable and stackable reset capsules are different?

But they both hold the same effect.

Do we know for a fact that they are identical in every way? Anybody have an alt with r1 skills they can test it on?

The reset isn't based off a script.

Normal skill resets didn't ever force you to remaster a skill (at least around g8).

Maybe the perfect resets specifically force you to remaster?

Make that three reports. I just used the non-stackable one on my giant to reset water cannon, and I have to remaster it again.

So...what about the stackable?

I think there's 2 questions trying to be asked here. will I have to retrain skill points after rank 1 and that is w/o a doubt yes. Will I lose a gained master title, that should be a no. Can I use this master title w/ o the respective r1 skill, that's a no. Can I use it w/o fully retraining, that should, according to what has happened with a cs shop reset capsule, that should be a yes.
