It is possible this skill would affect the transformation time. Doesn't exactly make sense, though. Maybe the 'countdown' is wounds since ranged attacks always have a high injury rate. I'll try again to decipher what JP says.

It may mean how long it takes before another attack is blocked, but that doesn't make sense as the higher the level the longer the delay... Frjam
It could be a false translation? o.o or maybe we should look for synonyms of count down. Yet, it makes no sense as the affects time. that would mean someone who ranked it up super high would last longer by that specific skill. I think it means how many shots it can take in a said amount of time. Like people that spam Arrow revolver. they can easily get 24 shots in under 30 seconds if done right. After they get a certain amount of hits it stops defending as it cools down. Natural shield when i was still a paladin activated every time i got hit by an arrow. So that's my guess. also before any else mentions it. It might be there for future generations. Just checked the wiki, and I think it means (Pretty sure of it too) that it's the delay it takes for your character to recover from being knocked down by a ranged attack, mainly from being put into deadly, or a Magnum Shot. --Zephyre 19 December 2008, 12:35 (PST)

ya, thats what i meant. or, it could mean the time it takes for a previous atack to no longer count toward knock back. you know how for monsters without mana refractor, if you hit it with ice 3 times in a row, it is knocked down, but if you wait a while between hits(for example, while charging more bolts), it only hapens after 4-6 hits cause the monster has had time to recover a bit more from previous hit? well maybe countdoen for the mana refractor and natural sheild skills means a change in that, so, if you were hit with ice repeatedly, it would take more than 3 hits to knock you down cause you recover faster.Sozen Cratos Focker 05:55, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

is pd damage reduction aplied before or after defense and protection? and if you have passive defense skills and pd armor, do they get aplied together or seperately? like if you have 20% armor pd and 20% skill pd, does it negate 40% of the damage, or 36?Sozen Cratos Focker 05:25, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
