Valentines Event

The article, and the item page mainly refer to the chocolates given by NPCs, where, when I attempted to use an NPC given chocolate, I could only eat it, and not gift it to somebody else. The information isn't very accurate therefore, and I'm speculating only the store bought Chocolates are able to be 'used' as gifts to another.

I reworded the paragraph to more accurately describe the event. ~Rusty~

So apparently, if you're close to an NPC, they give you white chocolates. I included this information, but I don't know if they are able to be gifted to another player or not, so I left that out. ~Rusty~

I think archiving is best, since they can return at any time by Nexons discretion. They'll always be back, so new players can enjoy them too. ~Rusty~

Nexon played their hands in treasure chest event (again!)

If you go to nube mountain caves and hunt the bats and milipedes, you rarely get a item from them, so I'm suspecting they lowered the drop rate or even removed em, since caves has endless spawning mobs... --dra6o0n
