Either my understanding of the hunger values is incorrect or this is wrong. O.o From my understanding, 1 point of hunger = 1% on the Stamina bar, correct? That would mean with the current value that is up, the Mushroom Cookie restores 16% of that bar.

...Yet when I devoured one myself, it only restored 3% (the bar went from 95% to 98%), which would be 3 points of hunger restored.

Should I change this to reflect that, or am I wrong?

1 point of Hunger actually equals 1 Stamina point, so 1 point Hunger will not equal 1% on the Stamina Bar UNLESS you have exactly 100 points Stamina total.

I'll need to do some more testing, but sometimes it seems that a Food item will fill a different amount of Hunger based on who is consuming it. So there may be some skills, status, or, heck, days of the week that affect that amount. I know that Berry does indeed fill 6 points if everything is normal @.@;

I've been feeding my Flamemares to calculate Hunger so far

1. have pet use a Skill until their Stamina is below the Hunger mark (point where the Stamina bar changes from black/dark red to yellow)
2. have them Sit and watch the Stamina increase until it slows/reaches the black part of the Stam bar (since it takes longer for Stamina to regenerate in the black section of the Stamina bar than it does in the yellow section) to get their current Stamina points
3. then Feed them the item and repeat #2.
4. the difference between the Effective Stamina before Food and after Food is the amount of Hunger that item fills.

There is a chance that the pet might lose/gain (...this is another issue when referring to Hunger. It apparently can refer to the Effective Stamina or the Stamina From Hunger+Used Stamina. Here, we'll mean the Effective Stamina x_x) lose 1 Hunger point while you're waiting for the Stamina to regenerate, so just be aware of that.

I see. Ouch. That means the values I entered for several other foods have been completely incorrect and I really have been calculating it all wrong the whole time. What should I do? Revert my edits?

Yes, Reverting would probably be quickest ^^; And it's ok - some things aren't very clear in Mabi (or on the wiki, for that matter @.@; )
