Are the Stats of the Merc influenced by the type of Merc summoned?
Also, do their titles have any effect?
Its basically similar to how the Shadow Mission monsters work, where the stats will increase as the difficulty/level gets higher.
I'm not sure about the title though, someone will have to check the data files about that.
The title is what differentiates the monsters. If they had no title, they'd all have the same stats.

I wonder if an army of Elite Mercs will dominate over an Int Shadow Mission...
But, which is stronger though? The Grizzly or the Lion...
The Lion has a better AI compared to the bears. The bears tend to use a cautious method of fighting where they would load defence or counterattack, while the lion would mostly smash and hit using normal.
And yes, Elite mercs would dominate an Int SM but they only last 3minutes and are 30k each.
Variables (Grizzly / Lion):
- MeleeAttackRange (200 / 170)
- DefaultAttackSpeed (2 / 0)
- DefaultDownHitCount (2 / 1)
- Splash Radius (240 / 204)
- PoisonImmune (67 / 60)
- PoisonDamageRatio (0.2 / 0.5)
Everything else is the same... In other words... Bear > Lion. (Not considering the monster's AI)
Should we make a new page/template for these Mercenaries in the form of the Shadow Mission monsters instead?
I don't think we should. We're not going to be making many pages for it. Just listing the stats would be good enough. And it would be easier to see comparison if you did a list rather than a template for each...
Could be downgraded because people were abusing them too much and the fact that they could whittle a SM of the same difficulty with ease.
i just want to report that nexon has fixed the glitch as the scrolls i had from before no longer preform the glitch just wanted to report this so we may get the mercs back soon
Supposedly, there are also Raccoon, Red Fox, White Wolf, and Black Bear mercenary scrolls, too. Maybe they're for dungeons? Can anyone go shopping and see if these exist?
- You can only summon Mercenaries of the same difficulty as the Shadow Missions you are doing and below.
- Ex. You cannot summon an Intermediate Mercenary in an Advanced-leveled Shadow Mission but you can summon an Advanced, Hard, or Elite Mercenary in an Advanced-leveled Shadow Mission.

You can summon Adv+ on Adv
But, the 1st line stats you can summon on Same level and BELOW.

Shouldn't you be able to summon Inter on Adv, but not Adv+ on Adv?
It's an unintentional glitch. Somebody please remove this post and Wolfgnarok's post to prevent glitch abuse by those who read this.

elite scrolls CAN Be used in any mission
the levels in bold is where each scroll can be used
i just checked the supply guard and found out that there are no more merc scrolls as of the g15 update have they been moved or removed? can people check around?
Recently I just did Shadow Cast City on Adv, I was using my Mercs and somehow they got 'stuck' on the passageway.
Please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing this...
There's no wall. I'm moving through the area and they still get stuck.
They also didn't aggro anyone and they STILL got stuck as if there was an invisible barrier (which 'I' can cross).
What about the monsters? Mercs are affected by monster lag too. If the monsters were moving, then it's not monster lag and they are glitched....
If you move too far from them too fast, they will just stand there. Best way to resolve it is to go back towards them while mounted on a pet (or atleast for my that is.)
I'm RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. They still act stuck.
