It says that it can only be dyed by non-flashy dyes, but I've seen a couple of these that have been dyed flashy. Can someone confirm that it can or cannot be dyed by flashys?
They're probably event items, where they're given as flashy by default. If you were to attempt to use a flashy dye, it would not show up on the list.
These few Flashy Monkey Mask didn't have the (Original) Tag on them though. Unless They were given out without the tag.
Might there be more than one version of this item? One I got from Eweca Orb can be dyed, even with flashy dyes.
