Rebirthing a pet with a certain skill that what it is rebithing into dosnt have results in that pet having those skills.

Windmill is an exception. If you take a black wolf and rebirth it into something else, it will have windmill on its skill list but the skill is not usable. ---Angevon

is it possible to rebirth a mini skeleton into a cat with the cat able to use the play dead skill?
