I just realized something last night when I was opening shop in Belvast.
When I was setting it up, I had two license for Belvast, one that was brand new and one that already has 6,000 on it. However, instead of forcing me to use the new empty one, it actually let me reuse the 6,000 gold one. Can anyone else please help confirm this and tell me it's not just a glitch?
I think it can be reused if the amount on the license is under the cost of the license, but I've never actually confirmed it. It happened to me in Dunbarton once a long time ago, too.
