Coll6 says the Light Gargoyles spawned by Glas Glaisblheann (however you spell it) has a higher aggro range. Can anyone else confirm? --Gao 23:26, 26 May 2008 (PDT)

I don't believe Glas Ghaibhleann spawns Light Gargoyles. He spawns Summoned Gargoyles(not entirely sure if that name is right)Ziv 00:36, 27 May 2008 (PDT)

When I went into Glas's chamber, the "summoned" gargoyles said "Light Gargoyle", so Glas summons them, but they aren't any different I think otherwise.

Well they do have different drops at the least, so that makes them different.Ziv 01:48, 27 May 2008 (PDT)

Well the reason I say this is because when I was doing albey and gargs spawned my party managed to wipe out all but me which then ended up in the corner with the garg. I hoped to either kill it or ress. I was in the opposite corner to the garg and it never agroed. While doing a Glas run on the other hand. I would aim using a long bow as very far as I could and it would agro like nothing. Thats why I think these two have different agro ranges.Coll6 04:57, 27 May 2006 (PDT)

This was observed, discussed, agreed upon on two occasions when I went into Glas's dungeon. Glas's gargoyles indeed have increased aggro range. - Peach

If this is true then how come its not noted in the wiki? Somewhere in the Albey dungeon area or in the Gargoyle monster page.Coll6 07:21, 27 May 2006 (PDT)

It's not that hard to add it ... I'll do it, then. Angevon 09:04, 27 May 2008 (PDT)

The Heavy Gargoyles have Mana Reflection lv1 because three ice bolts cant kick it back. --Yummytomato 26 April 2009

seal scroll

why isnt there a page with info about the seal scrolls? is there a time limit after witch the effect wears off or annything like that?Sozen Cratos Focker 16:06, 8 July 2008 (PDT)

It lasts about a minute. How it works is explained at the end of the Generation 1 article. --- Angevon 17:20,

flight and PD

i think i see some errors. Light Gargoyle has only Icebolt. No gargoyles have Flight, they just move by flying. Light Gargoyle has level 1 Heavy Stander, Heavy Gargoyle has level 2 of all passive defenses, and Icebolt, not lightningbolt. can someone confirm this? -- Fruitrecruit

Gargoyles have Lightningbolt and Icebolt, it's been confirmed by many. The part about flight is up in the air right now (pun intended). Usually, when a monster is in "Flight", melee attacks won't work, however when the Gargoyles use their "Flight" (Not when they're moving, when they stand still and flap their wings above the ground) windmill still works. As far as my experiences go, Light Gargoyles have no passive defenses and Heavy Gargoyle definately does not have level 2 Mana Refractor or Natural Shield. --Zephyre
A Light Gargoyle knocked me out of Playing Dead by using Flight in KR server. ---Angevon

Gargoyles after Iria Update

Seems that Light Gargoyles now have "Stomp" skill. Anyone have comments, clarification, then please comment o.x Might just be a bug? EDIT: It seems that it's been 'replaced' with the 'flight' skill. The gargoyle will use a stomp AoE attack but the animation is the flight skill. --Mashiro 19:50, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

Um, I just went into black orb, and the light gargs are multi-ing. In fact I had a pet hedgehog by the door and it caught two. Should a note be made of this? -- Ladywinter 03:41, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

I just went to another world and got both stomped and multi aggro'd by light gargoyles in silver gem black orb. I think light garg's aggro should be changed to multi. it seems stomp has already been added to its skills. -- cronoxlr

They do not exactly multi agro, i guess you could maybe call it dual agro, but not really. only one agros at a time, and in adition to that, one can "notice"(one red exclamation) the player. gargs and some types of spiders(burgundy spiders in alby inter and guard spiders in baol infil) have AIs that let them atack the player while they just noticed them and did not yet agro. in my expirience, a gargoyle that has only noticed and not agroed will only use normal atack, no skills and no magic, and atacks mutch less often than the agroing one, kind of like its being a suport for the main one. Um, this saturday, silver gem, 2 light gargs had !! on me. First, one !!, I started fighting it, then I CLEARLY saw another !! and they both proceeded to kill me. Definitely multi-agro. --Js16 03:04, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

some monsters drop agro in the midle of a fight, and wen that hapens, one that has noticed you agros, so some single agro monsters trade targets like that. if this hapens while you are atacking, and you hit it after it lost interest in you, it will re agro even though the other one already agroed you. this hapens verry often with gargs.-what gargs were ou fighting? cause i think the ones that glass sumons actualy do multi, not sure tho.
