Is there a reason Divine Knights has not been added to this page yet? It's been out a while.

Also, was a conclusion ever reached about how the wiki treats foreign content now?

Simply because no one has bothered to add that data.

Mkay. I suppose I'll get around to that then.

Keep foreign stuff off the patches page. That's pretty much it.

Patch Notes of Generation 19 - The Divine Knights

• Generation 19: The Divine Knights storyline added.

• Raid Dungeon:
  • New system that allows multiple parties, or squad, to fight in an instanced zone against a powerful boss.
  • Requires Generation 19 completed in order to partake in Raid Dungeons.
  • Raid dungeons are accessed through ?, located to the side of Emain Macha's pub.
  • Raid dungeons possess several daily and weekly quests.
  • New Raid Dungeon: Girgashiy

• Crusader Skills:
  • New Skills: Shield of Trust, Celestial Spike, Judgment Blade, Giving Heart, Healing Hands, Magic Dampening, Guarded Footsteps, Recovering Touch, Deepening Trust, Spreading Faith, Wounding Soul, Weighed Conscience, Sinful Thorns, Stronger Power, Binding Needle, Breaking Lies, Christening Blades, Holy Vitality
  • Crusader Passive skills (Giving Heart, Healing Hands, Magic Dampening, Guarded Footsteps, Recovering Touch, Deepening Trust, Spreading Faith, Wounding Soul, Weighed Conscience, Sinful Thorns, Stronger Power, Binding Needle, Breaking Lies, Christening Blades, and Holy Vitality) require Crusader Level points to rank rather than AP.
  • In the Crusader Skill tab there is a user interface that allows one to rank and derank the Crusader Passive skills.

• Other
  • What the heck are Lucky Upgrade Stones? They sound like something from an event or gachapon, which don't belong on patches.
  • Mobs, NPC, and G19 items are very minor, unimportant details
  • In KR, Meditation got a status effect icon and a search function for titles. NA didn't get that :/

This section seems incredibly out of date, and should be considered for update/merge/deletion Japan is on G22, along with most of the world Maybe we should just consider linking to each regions wiki?

I'd be down for linking to the other wikis.

Also we got Fate/Stay and the Korean Ninja update eventually, I would fix it but I don't remember when we got them..

I thought the update was ported straight to KR Live on the 15th, and never hit test? I could be wrong but there'd be a notice or a note of it going on test a day or two before.

You are correct, it went straight to Live.
