I have the quest, I'm not on any shadow missions already, She just won't give it to me.

What happens when you talk to her?

You're supposed to get auto-warped to Falias where you fought Nuadha in G12 with Heathcliff in the middle.

Okay I fixed it, She goes through the dialouge as if you started the quest. If you're in a party no matter how many people it doesn't work.
