Why aren't the gem sizes listed here? I see 9.9 cm on the basic gems, but what is the diamond gem size?

Because it just shows the content of the completed book.

Does this book have the Dustin Silver Knight Armor as a fixed, 1-chance reward? Or is it one of how-ever many rewards?

Collection book rewards are 100% chance. There is no luck to it.

But remember, the stats of the armor still directly correlates to the quality of the Diamond. For best possible stats you'd need a 10cm diamond. You're best bet at that is extreme luck with events or ancient monsters. Higher CP of an ancient monster, the better.

I actually already have all 9 gems, all 10cm. I'm just missing the book itself.
