Requirements are 1 Fine Fabric, 2 Common Fabric, and from what I can tell, it's to complete it to 43%. It's a rank A pattern, and I don't remember the finishing requirements of the top of my head, but I'll update this with them once I have them.

Do you happen to know where the pattern comes from?

I got it a bit ago, but if I remember correctly, it was from a prod gacha. :D
