I've been looking for an efficient way to obtain these, and while trying to kill the cobras for them, I discovered that there are mobs that drop this item that are not on the list. For example, I killed a lizard in the same area (Rupes Desert), and it dropped this item. With this information, I think that there is a chance that there are more mobs yet that drop this particular item. Just trying to help out those to whom it may concern.

Yes, none of the monster drop lists are complete (except for maybe a few basic ones).
