Upgrade List

I've undone the reordering i did before and separated the list into the categories from the source site since i think its helpful to make the distinction between weapons recommended for different Dex stats. if anyone disagrees then feel free to undo it, but if you do then please go back the proficiency cost ordered list since its easier to understand that order if the list isn't divided.--Jacobpaige 10:09, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

splash upgrade

I recently did a test that seems to prove weapons have no effect on how close a target needs to be in order for you to activate windmill(I'll put the details of the test on my user page when i have time, hopefully soon). However I'm not sure if the range within which targets will be hit is the same size so I don't know that weapons have no effect at all on wm range.--Sozen Cratos Focker 10:50, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
