As I said earlier in summary, the different "heavy armor" I stated that also have auto defense of melee and range and was used instead of Plate Mail in his inventory. Can someone confirm this it is any heavy armor with auto defense or in "general"?

Not sure why it was changed from Any to Plate Mail, but Bhafel can be crafted using any Heavy Armor.

This is a really dumb thing to do, but I wonder if you can use Bhafel armor as material for another Bhafel armor, lol.

It can, Bhafel armor was considered as "heavy armor" itself as well.
