Vanalen doesn't sell this special version of Kiosk in-game.
She sells the same Kiosk as Walter in Dunbarton. It can be set up in both Belvast and Dunbarton, has a limit of 1,000,000 gold per item listed, and has the same name as the other as well.
Is this item in-game? Was it ever in game and then taken out at some point?
