Why is this page plural? Why not just Argus?

You're right, monster page titles are in singular form with their plurals redirecting there.

Defeated one in Saga 1-1 and it dropped 27 gold.

gold is kind of a universal drop....most mobs drop it, even those in rps

The question is "how much gold?".

pretty much....the issue is the range for how much gold it drops, and honestly i dont feel like going and killing them for hours to gather that data.....

Well 1 value gives you a start of that range.

Right now I'm in Baol and they're called "Argus", not "Argos"...

Probably occurred the same time nexon did the image swap for them to be all Pink.
