Can only be used while the shooting stars are falling in Erinn, between 8 PM - 6 AM Erinn Time. (Not Tradable)

- Cannot be sold to NPCs.
- Cannot be sold to others.
- Cannot be sold in the Auction House.
- Cannot be put in the Special Inventory tab.
- Cannot be stored in a pet.
- Cannot be put in the bank.
- Cannot be withdrawn by other characters.
Notes
- The timer goes down even while the player is logged out.
