Can only be used while the shooting stars are falling in Erinn, between 8 PM - 6 AM Erinn Time. (Not tradable)
Details
- Increases the success rate of Echostone Advancement by 10% for 1 attempt.
- If unused, effect lasts two hours.

- Cannot be sold to others.
- Cannot be sold in the Auction House.
- Can be dropped.
- Can be destroyed.
- Cannot be put in the Special Inventory tab.

- Cannot be withdrawn by other characters.
