Shining Star Shuriken (Justice) Appearance Scroll

A scroll that changes a weapon's appearance to that of the Shining Star Shuriken (Justice). You can only use it on a shuriken. (Cannot be used on Classic Spirit Weapons or other select weapons.) The scroll will disappear once the effect has been applied.
