A letter from Phaselus to Kelpie. It is the only remaining evidence of Kelpie's past. Kelpie doesn't even remember who Phaselus is. If I place this letter at the Longa Desert Ruins altar, which was mentioned in the letter, I might be able to find some clues to Kelpie's memory.
