Description

This small imp never stops mumbling. Ever. He moves so frantically, you almost feel nauseous just watching him. He appears to be writing something very important in his notebook.

He is clothed in fine garb, peculiar for an Imp. Though his constant mumbling and "eeeyahing" is quite annoying, he has a certain charm about him...

Mont is a rich Imp who is the Banker of Belvast Island.

His association with Humans have made him an outcast among the Fomorians who don't live in Belvast Island.

History

He lived in Belvast Island even before Admiral Owen captured it. Some people are apparently suspicious of him because of this, believing Mont to be one of the pirates, though in his own words, he was "just a good Imp who made a living by bilking money from those grog-sodden savages." However, his own accent and his following comment about not ratting out the location of the pirates' hideout without a fat paycheck contradicts his defense.

Mont loves money, and so he usually sends part-timers to collect fees he has not received yet. This trait also made him good friends with Videk, who had similar views.

Despite his borderline greedy and somewhat shady character, Mont is actually philosophical, noting similarities between Fomors and Humans, as well as placing more emphasis on experience over education.

Mainstream Story

Waves Amidst the Calm

Mont proves to be a key character in investigating the Bloody Night, as he has the one who has the most information to provide about it. In its wake, he had recovered a picture of Folamh and Elestrenne, and gives it to the Milletian to aid in their investigation of Crom Bás.
