A scroll that changes a weapon's appearance to that of the Manpashik Flute, a legendary instrument created by a dynasty that once existed in a land far to the East. You can only use it on a Flute. (Cannot be used on Classic Spirit Weapons or other select weapons.) The scroll will disappear once the effect has been applied.
