A scroll that changes a weapon's appearance to that of a Hillwen Engineer's Applied Kinetics Hammer. You can only use it on a two-handed hammer. (Cannot be used on Classic Spirit Weapons or other select weapons.) The scroll will disappear once the effect has been applied.
