Do the colors available to you fall short of meeting your exacting expectations? Take matters into your own hands! Use this mold to create your own Flashy Dye Ampoule with colors mixed just the way you like them. It disappears after a single use.

Details

• The player may select two colors in the given pool, and choose the specific hue separately.
  • With certain settings, it is possible to create a non-flashy 'Fixed' Dye by using the same color for A and B.
  • For a list of available colors, see DIY Colors.
• The dye's flashing may be customized, which is not the case of regular flashy dyes.
• The following options may be chosen:

Flash Type

• Fixed:
  • The colors of the Flashy Dye will go from Color 1 to Color 2, following a gradient.
  • The Flashy Dye will generally go in one direction.
    • If D-Range is set to certain values, this type of dye can behave abnormally.
• Random:
  • The colors of the Flashy Dye will go from Color 1 to Color 2, with randomized steps.
• Reciprocal:
  • The colors of the Flashy Dye go from Color 1 to Color 2 to Color 1 again, following a gradient.
  • The Flashy Dye will generally go in both directions.
    • If D-Range is set to certain values, this type of dye can behave abnormally.
• Toggle:
  • The colors of the Flashy Dye will flash Color 1 and Color 2 without any in-between gradient colors.
  • Flashing will occur randomly, but the average duration the dye remains either Color will be determined by the Frequency Modifier.

Flash Modifiers

• Speed:
  • The Speed at which the Flashy Dye will flash.
  • Can have 16 values, ranging from very Fast to very Slow.
  • Applies to all Flash Types.
• D-Range:
  • The variation in the range of colors the Flashy Dye will use.
  • Can have 16 values, ranging from very Small to very Large.
  • Higher values will often introduce an amount of randomness to the Flashy Dye.
  • Applies to the Fixed and Reciprocal Flash Types.
• Frequency:
  • The Frequency a given Color will appear over time for a Flashy Dye.
  • Can have 16 values, ranging from favoring Color 2 to appear more often to favoring Color 1 to appear more often.
  • Only applies to the Toggle Flash Type.
