This item certifies that you gave balloons to your club. Hold onto this when the balloons are counted to get a reward. Even if you're not logged in, having this in your Inventory will get you the basic reward upon your next log-in.

Limitations

• Bound to the Player.
• Can be stored in the Me Tab.

• The Great Balloonathon Event - Turn in at least 1 Full Balloon.
