Skill Page Links Not Showing Here?

Even though the existing pages for the Chain Slash Skills have the Category:Chain Slash Skills thing at the bottom, only Anchor Rush, Chain Sweep, and Spinning Slasher are showing up here, but I can't figure out why. Anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it so the pages show up here?

It's a bug I haven't been able to figure out. MediaWiki is not adding refreshLinks jobs to the queue. I'll hopefully be able to look into it over winter break but for now I have to refresh them manually.
